1、 Deep docking of preliminary requirements: laying the foundation for cooperation
We always take customer needs as the core starting point and arrange dedicated customer managers for one-on-one communication to accurately capture key information such as customer application scenarios, performance requirements, budget ranges, and delivery cycles for glass products.
2、 Sample making and mold making: Accurately reproducing customer concepts
Based on the confirmed details of the customer’s requirements, we will arrange for the cooperating factory to make samples, with a standard sample production cycle of 5-7 working days. For glass products that require customized styling (such as irregular glass lampshades and special specification glass bottles), if mold opening is involved, the mold cost will be borne by the customer first. The specific amount will be evaluated based on the complexity of the mold (such as the accuracy and size of the glass mold), generally ranging from 3000 to 20000 yuan.
After the sample is completed, we will send the physical object with a testing report, and the customer can conduct a comprehensive verification until it is confirmed to meet the requirements.
3、 Contract signing and production scheduling: standardizing processes to ensure timeliness
After reaching an agreement on the sample and design scheme, both parties shall sign a formal purchase and sales contract, specifying the product specifications, quantity, unit price, delivery time, and quality standards. Customers need to pay a 30% deposit (50% for special customized products), and the production process will be initiated after the deposit is received.
The production cycle is calculated from the date of acceptance of the customized mold, and the delivery time for standard customized products shall not exceed 45 days. During the production process, the customer manager will push weekly production progress reports to customers, including workshop live action videos and quality inspection node records, to ensure that customers have real-time access to order dynamics.
4、 Final delivery and after-sales follow-up
After the production of the product is completed, our quality inspection team will conduct a full inspection, and qualified products will be arranged for packaging (safety packaging+wooden box double protection) and logistics distribution. The customer manager will assist the customer in handling customs clearance procedures, provide a complete set of customs declaration documents, and track the transportation status of the goods until they are signed for.
Within 30 days after delivery, we will conduct after-sales follow-up to collect customer feedback. If adjustments are needed, we can initiate a secondary optimization process to achieve long-term win-win cooperation.
