What is your trading term?
For glass products, we mainly adopt FOB Qingdao, CIF and CFR terms. Considering the fragility of glass, we can also provide DDP terms for customers with large orders (over100000 pieces), which includes door-to-door delivery and customs clearance to reduce your troubles. All transactions strictly abide by international trade rules and can be flexibly adjusted according to your specific needs.
Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
Yes, we have rich experience in handling OEM and ODM orders for glass products. Our cooperative factories can customize according to your requirements, such as specific sizes, thicknesses, patterns, and logos. We will arrange professional technicians to communicate with the factory on your behalf, track the production process, and provide samples for confirmation before mass production. The minimum order quantity for OEM glass products is 10000 pieces.
Where are your cooperative factories located? How can I visit them?
Our cooperative factories are mainly located in Hebei, Shandong, and Guangdong provinces, which are major glass production bases in China. We warmly welcome you to visit the factories. We can arrange a full itinerary, including picking you up from the airport, accompanying you to visit the production lines and quality inspection processes. It is recommended to make an appointment 1 week in advance so that we can coordinate with the factories.
How do you ensure the quality of glass products?
We have a professional quality inspection team with 5 experienced inspectors who have been engaged in glass product quality inspection for more than 8 years. They will conduct strict inspections on the glass products before shipment, including checking the appearance (no scratches, stains), dimensions (using professional measuring tools), and performance (such as pressure resistance for tempered glass). We will provide a detailed quality inspection report for each batch of goods.
